The Bradford County Heritage Association and the Troy Rotary Club are pleased to present the PA Heritage Festival featuring the Historic Village and Artisan Marketplace. The PA Heritage Festival offers demonstrations and the region's largest display of antique carriages and sleighs along with the finest in handcrafted traditional, folk and contemporary fine arts and crafts and the best in Pennsylvania foods and agricultural products.
